Orders & pricing: All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in which case you'll be notified and fully refunded.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout.

Product accuracy: We do our best to display our products accurately, including images and descriptions. Minor variations in wood grain and color are natural and expected, given each watch uses real wood.

Intellectual property: All content on timberly.ae — including the Timberly name, logo, product photography, and text — is the property of Timberly and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability: Timberly is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by UAE law.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
