Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship across the United Arab Emirates, and also to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

UAE delivery: Shipping within the UAE is free, with delivery typically within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed.

Other GCC countries: Shipping cost and delivery time for Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia are calculated at checkout and may vary.

Order tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information where available.

Delays: During sale periods or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer than usual — we'll let you know if that's the case for your order.
