Refund policy

We want you to love your Timberly watch. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how returns work:

Return window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Condition: The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original gift box with all packaging and tags.

Return shipping: Timberly covers the cost of return shipping within the UAE — just contact us and we'll arrange the pickup.

How to start a return: Email us at timberly.ae@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the details and arrange collection.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's done.

Exchanges: Prefer a different model? Let us know when you request your return and we'll arrange an exchange instead of a refund, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items: Items that show signs of wear, damage not caused by us, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
