Do you ship across the UAE?

Yes — we ship across the UAE, typically arriving within 1-2 business days. We also ship to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

What is your return policy?

You can return any unworn item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes, every Timberly watch comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I adjust the size of the watch band?

Yes! Every Timberly watch comes with a link removal tool inside the box, so you can adjust the band yourself to fit your wrist perfectly. If you'd like a hand, contact us at timberly.ae@outlook.com and we'll walk you through it.

How do I care for a wooden watch?

Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight, and wipe the watch clean with a soft, dry cloth after wear to keep the wood looking its best.
